Our internationally recognised and revered training system is truly bespoke and fully in-house. It’s headed up by current team members that ply their expertise on the salon floor as oppose to a lecturer that has no idea of todays busy working salon environment (or fashion); knowledge of the busy salon ensures our team are respected by all and are given plenty of time to recuperate (generous holidays!) & great conditions in every area of the business that we can think of. In short, we endeavour to build and nurture a team that’s truly happy in their craft, as we know this translates into beautiful hair on the salon floor. The products we use in the salon are curated from the best the planet has to offer, idlewild salons the equivalent of a free-house pub (not tied to one individual manufacturers) so we use the best on the market at any given time. It goes without saying that further training will be given in any areas that are needed in both product & practical hair disciplines. Training/education in any professional workplace is constant and on-going so don’t ever think your be beyond teaching and absorbing new creativity & energy.
